QUALIFICATIONS:

• Structural Engineer PM with at least 4 years of experience post Professional Licensing. Must have PE.7 years minimum of experience in structural design of commercial buildings.
• Experience with managing clients, creating new business, and helping with collections.
• Experience with managing, training, and reviewing PEs and EITs.
• Experience with proposals, project budgeting, and invoicing.
• Familiarity with wood, concrete, steel, light gauge, masonry, ICF and tilt-wall commercial and residential construction.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, construction drawings, building codes, construction codes, reports, and design guides.
• Experienced with RAM Structural System, RISA, SP Wall, Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to handle multiple projects; work with the team to achieve project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Provide primary point of contact for Principals and design team including Architect and General Contractor. Manage project schedule, activities, and budget.Design all structural elements for various types of buildings. Typical projects include hotels, assisted living, retail, office, etc.Supervise and manage the work of Project Engineers and Interns. Anticipate and provide guidance where unconventional conditions exist.
• Manage all construction administration tasks including submittals, shop drawings, RFIs and review of testing reports.
• Work on wood, concrete, steel, light gauge, masonry, ICF and tilt-wall commercial and residential construction projects all over the United States.

Salary range $110,000 – $135,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Civil Engineer PM with at least 8 years of experience post Professional Licensing.
• 5 years minimum of experience in land development/subdivision civil design in the City of Austin.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Capable of performing successfully in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3d (or equivalent) software preferred.
• BS in Engineering with a civil design emphasis is required. PE is required.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will prepare site development and subdivision plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to handle multiple projects; work with the team to achieve project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Provide primary point of contact for Client, Principals, and design team including. Manage project schedule, activities and budget.
  
• Supervise and manage the work of Project Engineers and Interns. Anticipate and provide guidance where unconventional conditions exist.

Salary range $110,00 – $130,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No post college experience required.
• Must have a 4 year college degree, with courses related to Urban Planning. Preferably the degree will be a BA or BS in Urban and Regional Planning or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including writing reports and presentations.
• General understanding of engineering principles.
• Effective Time management and Organizational skills.
• High Attention to detail.
• Knowledge in MSWord, MSExcel, Adobe/Bluebeam and Outlook. Experience with AutoCad preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable and currently registered vehicle with appropriate insurance.
• Knowledge of general computer maintenance and upkeep.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and use established company standards for reports, studies, and applications.
• Collect data from clients, agencies, interested parties, and local jurisdictions regarding proposed project locations.
• Determine land use regulations, zoning requirements, public utility availability, and transportation concerns for subject sites.
• Prepare feasibility reports as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare conceptual plans based on data collected and client feedback.
• Manage development applications (preparation, submittals, approvals, etc.).

Salary range $60,000 – $70,000.

Civil Design Engineer with at least 0 years of experience post Professional Licensing.

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of three years of experience in land development/subdivision civil design in the City of Austin. Strong math and communication skills. Capable of performing successfully in a team environment. Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3d (or equivalent) software preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will prepare site development and subdivision plans using AutoCAD Civil 3d under the direction of project manager. Ability to handle multiple projects; work with the team to achieve project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

BS in Engineering with a civil design emphasis is required. PE is required.

Salary range $85,000 – $105,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0+ years of experience in land development/subdivision civil drafting and design.
• Certificate or Associates Degree in civil drafting/design or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3d (or equivalent) software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic proficiency with Civil 3D, corridors, surfaces, profiles, etc.
• Follows all CAD standards regarding layers, protos, etc.
• Performs basic design with detailed instruction from engineer.

$20-$26 per hour (will depend on ability and experience)
