The Hilton Garden Inn is a seven-story hotel located in The Domain. TDI provided the structural engineering for the 154-room hotel and its parking garage with pool and terrace above. The hotel has approximately 180,000 sf of total space, while sitting on a 41,000 sf footprint. The construction of the hotel utilized post-tensioned concrete slabs supported on conventionally reinforced concrete columns.
