Our teams have been successful in getting contract awards in part due to the ability of Texas Design Interests, LLC to provide preliminary design services that reduce material and labor costs. Once the teams receive the awards, Texas Design Interests LLC, continues to provide value by producing accurate, buildable shop drawings in a timely manner.
