TDI Foundation Engineering, LLC provides a full spectrum of structural engineering services to clients. Our clients include individual home owners, architects, residential developers, and general contractors as well as large-scale production and custom homebuilders. Typical structural engineering services include the following:
- Foundation Plans - Conventionally reinforced, post-tensioned, pier and beam with crawlspace and others.
- Framing Plans - Utilizing various materials including wood, concrete, steel, ICF panels, light gauge steel, masonry.
- Lateral Frame Design
- Beam, Column, Brace Sizing
- Structural Performance Evaluation - Analyze existing structures to evaluate performance and provide repair recommendations where required.
Engineering Project Experience
TDI Foundation Engineering, LLC and its principals have provided civil and structural engineering services to a wide range of clients. Projects have included tract home designs for production home builders and numerous custom homes ranging from 1,500 to over 10,000sf.
