TDI Foundation Engineering, LLC has produced hundreds of custom residential plans over the last several years. TDI-FE has experience with all residential foundation types, including conventional reinforced and post-tensioned slab-on-grade, conventional reinforced structural slab-on-voids supported by piers, and pier and beam with crawlspace among others. Martin Residence
Bellaire, Texas

This Custom Residence designed by Travis Mattingly, owner of Architectural Solutions, Inc. is impressive to say the least. The home is situated in two lots in the City of Bellaire. Design challenges included 6 ft. roof overhangs in a 110 MPH wind zone, large expansive downstairs living areas, and a pier and beam crawlspace foundation system was required by the City of Bellaire ordinances. TDI-FE produced an economical and efficient framing system, transferring loads to the foundation elements, with a few steel members to accommodate the open floor plan. Additionally, TDI-FE provided construction inspection services to the builder to verify compliance with the construction documents.
