Sunset Way Apartments
Port Arthur, Texas
This project required TDI and the rest of the design team to produce cost effective designs as the project was for low income users which limited the cash flow of the project. Because the developer was also a long term owner, they were keenly aware of the expenses of maintenance and so TDI provided materials and details that limited future maintenance costs.
